5th Anniversary Trip to San Francisco

For our 5 year anniversary we went on a trip to San Francisco. There are a lot of pictures that I put up from our trip. We had a lot of fun doing all the sight seeing, and it was fun to just spend time together. As you will see Brett took the majority of the pictures so they are really pretty. Ice Cream Birthday Date

For Avery's Birthday Uncie Todd and Auntie Mandy took her on an ice cream date and took pictures of the event. They were going to walk, but unfortunately it was raining so they had to drive. Avery was ok with the rain though because that meant she could wear her rain boots. Since Brett and I didn't get to go I don't know what kind of stories they told her or things that they taught her, but she had a lot of fun.

Avery choose Rainbow Sherbert which Brett guessed when they got home. Todd made her try it because he wasn't sure she would like it.

Big Girl Day

Today was Big Girl Day. When Avery was first learning to go potty on the toilet she asked if she earned a row on her chart could she go get pedicures with Auntie Mandy(with no prompt from me). To start off the day we took Auntie Mandy to get hot chocolate to drink while we got our toes painted.

Big Girl Day (Continued)

After we got our toes painted we went to the Olive Garden for Lunch. Since Avery had already eaten she had some olives.

Swimming Lessons

Over the last week Avery has really started to enjoy swimming lessons. She has started to put her face under the water, and now will get her whole head wet. Last night in the bath tub she kept saying look at me and would put her face under the water up to her ears and then blow bubbles. One week ago she wouldn't even dream of putting her nose in the water. It has been a lot of fun to watch and we have now graduated out of goldfish class and will get to move onto penguin.
